DESIGN PROCESS
Let's go through and discuss how plan your kitchen or bathroom renovation.Our Process
Consultation & Ideas
We start with an on-site consultation to discuss your ideas, likes and needs. Room measurements are taken and a general layout sketched out. Next we discuss colours, textures, fittings and hardware that makes up your Brisbane kitchen or bathroom.
Design
Brisbane Kitchens and Bathrooms will then draw up your design and plan. A quote will be emailed to you with all inclusions.
Contract & Ordering
On acceptance of our quote, will we ask you to sign a contract and associated QBCC documents for building works. Product ordering and manufacturing of cabinetry will commence to have all components on site in a timely fashion.
Demolition
We will then demolish the existing room in conjunction with other qualified trades to prepare to start the official building process. Eg. a plumber or electrician.
Building & Installation
With all your components ready to go, we then install everything into your home and manage the project. Other trades such as a tiler or glazier will then be on-site to perform the necessary work.
Completion
After final fit off of the room, we will go through everything with you and make sure you are happy with your renovation.
